A varied tap list for September 26

Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima, Sumida, Tokyo, has shared its tap list for September 26. The selection covers a broad range of styles, from crisp lagers and pilsners to hop-forward IPAs, a sour ale, and a dark mild.

The new tap is NEKO BEER’s “Gekijoban O Neko wa Nigai yo -Watashi no Aishita Flamingo-,” presented as a traditional West Coast IPA with a firm bitterness. The post also references Wateringhole, making this a notable choice for drinkers looking for a classic, bitter IPA profile.

The list also features “KOZUKOZU,” a fifth-anniversary Brut Lager brewed by EVOLVE and Homihan Hanto Brewing. Other lighter options include HARVESTMOON’s “Pilsner,” Y.MARKET BREWING’s “Frais Pils,” Brasserie Knot’s “AWA,” and Karuizawa Q’s “Tomarigi,” listed as a Kölsch.

IPA fans can choose between Pizza Port’s “Summer Sunlight,” a West Coast IPA, and VERTERE’s “Osumunda,” a Hazy IPA. Novoru Brewing’s “SOUR TIME! Hyuganatsu ver.” brings a citrus-led sour ale to the lineup, while FARMENTRY’s “Dark Mild -Nitro ver.-” offers a darker and smoother alternative.

For non-beer drinkers, Homihan Hanto Brewing’s “Hatsukoi Lemon Squash” is available as a non-alcoholic option. The tap list pairs naturally with the pub’s food menu, which includes seasonal dishes such as simmered saury with Japanese pepper, curry, and sweets.

Located near Tokyo Skytree, Evolve Beer&Kitchen is a destination for enjoying craft beer alongside a varied kitchen menu. The pub is open from 1 p.m. to midnight on September 26. Tap availability may change, so checking with the venue before visiting is recommended.
