Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub and kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida, shared its June 10 service update. Located in the Tokyo Skytree area, the shop is built around pairing beer with food, and this post also announced the start of its Okinawa FOOD Fair on June 11.

During the fair, the kitchen will serve Okinawan staples such as sea grapes, mozuku vinegar, rafute, goya champuru, beni-imo croquettes, and Okinawa soba. House-made dishes including pickled shima rakkyo, tanuki mozuku, somen champuru, pork egg-and-cheese spring rolls, chilled Okinawa soba, ashitaba soup, and sata andagi are also on the menu. Orion draft beer is scheduled to be poured during the campaign.

The day’s tap list features 10 beers, ranging from fruit-driven styles to IPA and barrel-aged stout.
