Tegamisha Brewery teams up with THE ROTISSERIE for one day only in the 4th installment of its 5th anniversary series
Tegamisha Brewery in Chofu, Tokyo, is welcoming THE ROTISSERIE on December 6, 2025 as the fourth event in its 5th anniversary project. This one-day-only event lets guests enjoy rotisserie chicken in two sizes, paired with the brewery’s flagship Pale Ale and tasting sets.

Hop BroExactly. TEGAMISHA BREWERY opened in 2020 and started in-house brewing on June 29, 2023. It’s a brewery pub with a pretty impressive 13 taps.
MugiWhen I hear 13 taps, I picture a secret base packed with faucets!?
Hop BroThat’s not too far off, actually (laughs). Taps are the beer faucets for draft beer. And they have their own brews plus other Japanese craft beers, with beer sold by weight and bottles and cans to go too.
MugiNice! So that means I can do a serious tasting session at the shop before heading home with chicken in hand!?
Hop BroExactly. The chicken comes in 1/2 and 1/4 sizes, and service is scheduled to start around 15:00. They’re open from 12:00 to 22:00, with food L.O. at 21:00 and drinks L.O. at 21:30, so it’s easy to plan your move.
MugiIt says the flagship is a Pale Ale, but isn’t a flagship the tip of a ship!?
Hop BroI love that question (laughs). "Flagship" means the brewery’s signature beer. Pale Ale has a nice balance of hop aroma and malt, so it pairs well with the additive-free spice-and-herb rotisserie chicken.

Located in Shimo-ishihara, Chofu City, Tokyo, TEGAMISHA BREWERY opened in 2020 and began in-house brewing on June 29, 2023. The brewery pub serves 13 taps of domestic craft beer, including its own brews, and also offers beer by weight as well as bottles and cans to go.
The newly announced event is the fourth collaboration in its 5th anniversary celebration series. The guest is THE ROTISSERIE, which serves rotisserie chicken roasted on a dedicated roaster from a food truck. The chicken, finished with additive-free spices and herbs with no coloring agents, will be recommended alongside beer.

On the day, rotisserie chicken will be sold in 1/2 size and 1/4 size portions. Please note that THE ROTISSERIE is scheduled to begin service around 15:00, and the regular menu will be available before then. Beer will include the brewery’s flagship "Pale Ale" along with a selection of other craft beers, and the popular tasting set will also be available.
As the year-end festive season approaches, this should be a chance to experience on-site how well rotisserie chicken, a dish that fits naturally into everyday dining, pairs with craft beer.
