At WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE (Mihama Base), a craft beer specialty shop in Inage-Kaigan, West Coast Brewing's new release, Super Fresh, has been tapped. This collaboration with Inkhorn Brewing in Mejiro, Tokyo, puts 2026-harvest "Nectaron" at the center, paired with Citra and Krush.

West Coast Brewing Super Fresh has the thick body typical of a hazy double IPA, while the aroma opens with bright citrus notes reminiscent of strawberries, grapes, and grapefruit. On the palate, tropical nuances suggestive of yellow peach and peach nectar build in layers, leading to a silky mouthfeel. ABV is 8.0%.

MIHAMA BASE is known in the Inage-Kaigan Station area as a place where you can take your time enjoying craft beer. Because it holds a general liquor retail license, in addition to drinking on-site, bottle and can takeout is also available. Even on days when the temperature is unsettled, seeing new beers lined up with strong hop aroma is a welcome point for beer fans.

This time it's only a single keg, but since it clearly conveys both the collaboration background and the flavor profile, it's one to savor while paying attention to WCB's signature juiciness and its pairing with Inkhorn Brewing.
