Founded in 1997, Oirase Brewery brews in Towada, surrounded by the Hakkoda Mountains, Lake Towada, and the Oirase Gorge. Its beers use naturally filtered spring water from the Hakkoda area. The festival offers an opportunity to pair Oirase Beer and regional craft beer with local food while enjoying a distinctly Aomori stage program.
