OIRASE BEER Introduces Tomomaru Karaage for Oktoberfest 2026
OIRASE BEER announced Tomomaru Karaage as one of the food vendors for OIRASE BEER Oktoberfest 2026, to be held on September 19 and 20 at Oirase Roman Park Roadside Station. The stall will serve karaage marinated in a secret sauce from a Chinese restaurant with more than 45 years of history in Kagawa.

In an Instagram post, OIRASE BEER introduced Tomomaru Karaage as a food vendor for "OIRASE BEER Oktoberfest 2026," scheduled for September 19 and 20 at Oirase Roman Park Roadside Station. The post says the karaage is made with a secret sauce from a Chinese restaurant in Kagawa that has been in business for more than 45 years, and recommends its Chinese-style fried chicken.
OIRASE BEER is based in Towada, Aomori. The brewery has been making beer since 1997 using Oirase headwaters, and its restaurant serves core beers such as Pilsner, Dark Lager, Amber Lager, and Weizen alongside dishes made with local ingredients.
According to the official website, Oktoberfest 2026 is planned as an autumn gathering of beer and food. Admission is free, and the event will bring together breweries from within Aomori as well as food vendors around Towada, creating a place to enjoy beer, fried chicken, and the wider Oirase-Towada area in one visit.
