Jimbeer Bar Marumugi, a small beer pub in Arakicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo, has published its tap list for September 17, 2026. Beers are available in large pours from ¥1,200 and small pours from ¥900, with some selections carrying an additional charge.

The lineup opens with Frais Pils from Y.MARKET BREWING in Aichi. At 4.5% ABV, it is described as a French pils with a bright aroma and a clean, refreshing finish. It offers an easygoing way to start a tasting session.

Baird Brewing from Shizuoka contributes Brewer’s Nightmare Rye IPA, a 7.0% IPA built around spicy rye character and pronounced bitterness. It should appeal to drinkers looking for a more assertive, hop-forward pour.

Vector Brewing’s Onedari White Sox, from Tokyo, comes in at 6.5% ABV and is presented as a particularly sweet-aromatic beer with a playful character. From Tochigi, Romanchicmura Craft Brewery offers Maple Amber Ale at 6.0%. Its maple-like sweetness meets toasted malt, while vanilla, coffee and barrel-like notes add complexity. The brewery recommends enjoying its changing aromas as the beer warms.

The fifth tap is Little Thing from Tokyo’s Hinomoto Brewing. At 4.5% ABV, it is a light, hoppy beer intended for an easy, refreshing drink on a warm day.

With a range spanning a crisp pils, a bitter rye IPA, an aromatic white ale, a layered amber ale and a lighter hoppy beer, Marumugi’s September 17 selection offers plenty of room for comparison. The pub’s small, relaxed setting makes it a natural stop for tasting several styles side by side.
