First appearance in Matsudo

Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing will make its first appearance at the Matsudo Craft Beer Fest, held on the JR Matsudo Station west exit deck from May 4 to 6. In a post, the brewery said it will serve German-style draft beer on site, and that Head Brewer Karsten will also be at the venue for the two days of May 4 and 5.

The brewery operates a brewing facility and beer restaurant in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture. On its official website, it says that as a brewery run by Germans, it makes beer based on traditional German methods and recipes. Its taproom is known for offering a lineup of 8 to 10 beers at all times, combining standards with seasonal selections.

This appearance in Matsudo will be an opportunity to bring the German-style beer cultivated at its Tsukuba base directly to the event venue. Because the festival is being held at a site directly connected to the station, it will be easy to stop by while shopping or on the way somewhere. Since this is an event where the brewery’s character comes through clearly, it will be worth comparing the beers and checking out what makes Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing distinctive.

At its main location in Tsukuba, the brewery operates as a taproom and beer restaurant where guests can enjoy food and beer while looking out at the brewery itself. Its first appearance in Matsudo may also serve as a chance to learn more about that background.
