Tokushima station-basement Yoi Tori pairs boze fish and chips with five craft beers
T.S.Brewery / Yaki-tori Sakagura Yoi Tori, in the basement of Tokushima Station’s Clement Plaza, is highlighting boze fish and chips alongside a five-beer craft lineup. The set includes Pale Ale, Sudachi Honey, Stout, and two seasonal specials.
Located on the basement floor of Tokushima Station's Clement Plaza, T.S.Brewery / Yaki-tori Sakagura Yoi Tori is a brewpub built around house craft beer and Awaodori chicken yakitori. The venue says it uses a relaxed layout with noren curtains at the counter and partitions around the table seating, making it easy to drop in alone. It is also just a one-minute walk from Tokushima Station.
The Instagram post highlights boze fish and chips, a local white-fish dish fried in a light batter and presented as something to pair with beer. The crisp coating and mild, flaky fish make it a straightforward match for hop bitterness and roasted malt character.
The tasting set is built around five beers:
- Pale Ale: citrusy and smooth
- Sudachi Honey: fruity with local citrus
- Stout: rich, roasted aroma
- Seasonal Special ①
- Seasonal Special ②
With three regular styles plus two seasonal beers, the lineup covers everything from a bright, easy-drinking pour to a deeper, maltier one. That makes it a useful stop for anyone who wants to eat and drink in the station area without leaving the platform district.
