Yoidori in Tokushima Announces a Five-Beer Tasting of House Brews
T.S.Brewery・Yoidori, a brewpub beneath Tokushima Station, is highlighting a five-beer tasting featuring Pale Ale, Sudachi Honey, Stout, and two seasonal specials.
Located in the basement of Tokushima Clement Plaza, T.S.Brewery・Yoidori is presenting a tasting lineup of five house-brewed craft beers.
The selection includes Pale Ale, offering a light and citrus-leaning profile; Sudachi Honey, which combines local sudachi character with gentle sweetness; and Stout, with roasted aromas and a fuller body. Seasonal Special ① and Seasonal Special ② complete the lineup, adding rotating beers to the tasting. Together, the five pours cover a broad range, from easy-drinking ale to dark, robust beer and limited seasonal releases.
The beers can be paired with Yoidori’s chicken-focused menu, including Awaodori yakitori, fried chicken wings, and Tokushima fish and chips made with a craft-beer batter. Comparing the beers alongside salted or sauced skewers and fried dishes offers an easy way to explore differences in aroma, bitterness, body, and finish.
As a brewpub inside the station building, Yoidori is convenient for enjoying locally brewed beer with Tokushima-style chicken dishes. The available taps may change according to brewing conditions, so guests should check the day’s tap list when visiting.
