The Grafton Beer Pub & Restaurant in Gotanda announced on June 8 that it has tapped Numazu Craft Cream Lager as a guest beer. The lineup also includes staples such as Guinness, Heineken, and Hoegaarden, alongside a broad mix of Japanese craft drafts and cider.
The Grafton Beer Pub & Restaurant is a basement-level beer pub in Nishi-Gotanda, Tokyo. In its June 8 Instagram post, the bar said Underberg has been added back to the grand menu and announced Numazu Craft Cream Lager as the guest draft.
The day's “Today's Craft Beer & Cider on Taps” ranged from Guinness, Heineken, Hoegaarden, and Magners Cider to Japanese drafts such as Sankt Gallen YOKOHAMA XPA Real Ale, Ikari Brewery Irish Red, Ikari Brewery Scottish Brown Real Ale, COEDO Brewery Marihana, Black Sheep Best Bitter, Uchu Brewing KONBINI IPA, Farm & Cidery Kanesige RICKEY, Repubrew FONIO BEER, Black Tide FULL POWER, and Numazu Craft Cream Lager. It is a lineup that mixes familiar names with brewery-specific character.
Food on the day included Nagasaki Goto oysters, Welsh faggot, crab macaroni salad, spiced pork tongue cartilage, bonito tataki salad, tarako cream spaghettoni, and wagyu offal curry. The pub also noted reservations for welcome and farewell parties, banquets, and private events, making it an easy choice for both a pint and a meal in Gotanda.
