Food options featured in the update include oysters from Ofunato, Iwate, fresh salmon belly salad, steak and cheddar pie, mackerel escabeche, and fisherman’s pie. This version of the fisherman’s pie is made with swordfish, scallops, flaked crab, and spinach. A hearty wagyu offal stew made with five types of offal is also available as a blackboard special.
