Sakamichi Brewing adds four collective brew cans for taproom-only sale
Sakamichi Brewing in Tachikawa, Tokyo announced four new collective brew cans on Instagram. The taproom-only lineup includes two sours and two IPAs, offering a wide range of styles in one release.
Sakamichi Brewing, which brews and operates a taproom in Tachikawa, Tokyo, introduced four new `collective brew` cans on Instagram. The beers are being sold only in the taproom, and the lineup spans two sours and two IPAs.
The four beers are `Daily Forecast`, `Cherry Limeade Sour`, `Summit Peak`, and `Good Monster`. `Daily Forecast` is a mimosa-style sour described as blending freshly squeezed orange juice with the base sour beer at 30%. `Cherry Limeade Sour` leans on cherry and lime for a bright, refreshing acidity. `Summit Peak` is a West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, and Vic Secret, giving it a sharp bitter-citrus profile. `Good Monster` is a New England Double IPA built with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo, and is described as using a dense dry-hopping approach for a fuller aroma.
Sakamichi Brewing is known for operating both a brewery and a taproom in Tachikawa, with a range that stretches from classic styles to modern IPAs. Bringing in cans from another brewery also fits that flexible, beer-focused approach. With sour and double IPA options in the same drop, the release is well suited to side-by-side tasting.
Because the sale is taproom-only, availability may change quickly.
