DevilCraft Tokyo Brewery (Tokyo) announced the start of service for three new beers in its official Instagram post, "Three new beers on tap today". The post was made at 17:47 on March 10. The three beers now on tap are:
- Maelstrom: Double IPA (9.5%)
- Yuzu Blossom: Fruited Wheat (4.9%)
- Heirloom Amber: American Amber Ale (5.4%)
The lineup offers a wide range for tasting side by side, featuring a high-alcohol Double IPA expected to deliver bold hop character, a Fruited Wheat with fruit-derived nuances, and an American Amber Ale centered on malt richness. With alcohol levels spanning from 4.9% to 9.5%, it is an approachable selection that can be chosen based on your mood or how it pairs with food.
According to the brewery's official information, DevilCraft started in Kanda in 2011 and obtained its brewing license in the fall of 2015. It now produces small-batch beer at its brewery in Shinagawa Ward, and as a rule it finishes its beers unfiltered while also working on beers that incorporate seasonal ingredients. True to the company's focus on Chicago pizza and craft beer, these three new releases also invite you to see how well they pair with a meal.
Availability may change depending on keg status, so it is recommended to check the latest tap list before visiting. Details can be confirmed on the official Instagram post and the brewery's official website.
