Uchu Brewing, based in Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture, has announced a new beer commemorating its expansion into Toranomon, Tokyo. The newly released 'UCHU TORANOMON' was prepared as a beer to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the direct store Uchu Brewing Toranomon, on the 2nd floor of Toranomon Hills Glass Rock.

UCHU TORANOMON is a QDH QUADRUPLE IPA. With an alcohol content of 11%, it uses Citra, Eclipse, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka hops. The post indicates that the beer is finished so you can fully enjoy the rich hop aroma, suggesting a design with a strong presence befitting an anniversary release.

Uchu Brewing is a brewery known for craft beers with a space theme. Against the backdrop of the natural environment of Hokuto, Yamanashi, it has been releasing distinctive IPAs and smoothie-style beers that emphasize aroma and fruit character. Its direct store in Toranomon is becoming established as a place where people can experience that brand worldview in central Tokyo.

This release is also a move that further strengthens its presence as a permanent Tokyo outpost. The chance to taste a limited brew from a Yamanashi brewery in Toranomon, a central commercial district, is a point that will likely draw attention from fans as well. The release is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. on April 25, and it is expected to be sold in stores and through the sales channels announced.
