Hiroshima NOH Brewery, a craft brewery based in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima, shared an Instagram post titled “Drinking sake at Kimita Onsen.” According to the official information from Kimita Onsen Mori no Izumi, the related program is scheduled for September 5–6, 2026.

The one-night trip brings together several elements of Miyoshi’s local culture. Participants can watch traditional cormorant fishing from a boat while tasting sake from the Miyoshi area. The program also includes a set meal featuring grilled ayu, accommodation and breakfast at Kimita Onsen Mori no Izumi, and transportation from Miyoshi Station to the event venues.

The trip is priced at ¥22,500 per person, including tax, and reservations are scheduled to close when capacity is reached. Rather than focusing on a single drink, the experience presents Miyoshi through its regional cuisine, traditional river culture, sake, and hot springs. For beer enthusiasts, it offers an opportunity to explore the wider beverage culture of the area where Hiroshima NOH Brewery makes its beers.

Hiroshima NOH Brewery is operated by an agricultural company in Kisa-cho, Miyoshi, and describes itself as Hiroshima’s northernmost brewery. Its concept, “Farming isn’t finished until it’s brewed,” reflects an approach that connects farming with brewing. The brewery grows and uses regional ingredients such as Pione grapes, hassaku citrus, yacon tea, and honey, taking its products from local fields through brewing and bottling.

That farm-to-bottle identity makes the Kimita Onsen program a natural fit for the brewery’s regional focus. Alongside local sake, ayu, and cormorant fishing, the trip offers a broader view of Miyoshi’s food and drink culture. Kimita Onsen Mori no Izumi is located in Kimitacho and features a hot spring, sauna, dining facilities, and accommodation, about 20 minutes by car from JR Miyoshi Station.
