A special-edition IPA to mark the 4th anniversary

Mizonokuchi Brewery has unveiled "Dusk[19:01] - American IPA - 3-bottle set" in its online store. Based in Mizonokuchi, Kawasaki, Kanagawa, the brewery created this special American IPA to celebrate its 4th anniversary, positioning it as a richer version of its standard IPA.

As indicated by its ABV 8.0% and IBU 74.8 specs, this beer is designed to deliver a substantial drinking experience. It uses ADHA1631, Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial hops, and is built to highlight the contours of the bitterness while keeping it balanced with umami. The product description also says, "It's punchy, but the balance of umami and bitterness makes it very easy to drink."

A commemorative release from Mizonokuchi

Mizonokuchi Brewery is a microbrewery based in Mizonokuchi, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. As a brewery rooted in the local community, it offers its own beers through its online store and its physical location. This Dusk[19:01], while part of that everyday lineup, can be seen as a limited offering with the depth expected of an anniversary release.

The product page also notes that the artwork was done by Takeshi Wada. Beyond the taste of the beer, it is worth noting that the label and visuals also give it the cohesive feel of a commemorative release. For drinkers who want to enjoy a stronger alcohol presence and firm bitterness, it seems like a beer that shows what comes "beyond the standard" IPA.
