Exhibiting at Chiba Beer Fest 2026
Rio Brewing Co. Brewery & Barbecue, which operates a brewery in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture, will exhibit at "Chiba Beer Fest 2026," held on April 25 and 26. The venue will be in the Chiba Minato area, about a 3-minute walk from JR and Chiba Urban Monorail's "Chiba Minato Station." The event will feature 20 breweries, along with food, so visitors can enjoy both beer and meals.
Rio Brewing Co. began brewing in Belgium in 2015 and started brewing in Japan in 2018. In March 2021, it expanded and relocated its base to Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture, and while also contributing to town-building around Kashiwa-no-ha, it has been operating a brewery-run barbecue venue. For a brewery that has long presented beer and food in the same space, this event, where Chiba's craft beer scene gathers in one place, seems like a particularly fitting stage.
