TBE Brewing Updates Its KEG Lineup in Ebisu, Centered on Domestic Breweries
The beer pub TBE Brewing in Ebisu-minami announced its KEG lineup for May 30. It has newly connected Oroi Brewing's "Seki," and taps from domestic breweries such as Koshien Outfield, Hino Brewing, Nomcraft, and Shiga Kogen Beer are broadly represented.

This time's highlight is Kagawa's Oroi Brewing / Seki. In the shop's description, it is introduced as a West Coast IPA that expresses the strength of bonsai, pine-like flavor, a fresh-green herbal brightness, and vivid citrus character. Following the lineup changes is part of the fun, and that feels very much like this place.
Food includes sashimi of natural Indian tuna, assorted grilled sausages, tender beef tendon simmered with sansho pepper, a platter of homemade Japanese obanzai side dishes, two kinds of fried tofu topped with scallions and grilled, simmered Hokkaido isotsubu shellfish, and peperoncino pasta with shrimp and fresh tomato. While beer is the main attraction, the snacks are solid too, making this a place suited to a relaxed drinking session in Ebisu.
