TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Tokyo’s Ebisu district, has published a tap list focused on Japanese craft beer.

The selection includes Dog Fight IPA (5.9%) from Romanchic Village in Tochigi, Yoichi Style IPA (6.0%) from Harvestmoon in Chiba, and Three Island IPA (6.0%) from IHW in Miyagi. Together, they offer a chance to compare IPAs from breweries in different parts of Japan.

Shiga Kogen Beer from Nagano contributes six beers: Fresh Hop IPA (6.5%), Sono Ju No. 10 IPA (7.5%), From Scratch (5.0%), Shiga Kogen IPA (6.0%), House IPA (8.0%), and Shiga Kogen Porter (5.5%). The lineup covers several expressions of hop character as well as a porter with a malt-led profile.

Minoh Beer’s W-IPA (9.0%) completes the list. With a broad range of alcohol strengths, the taps offer options from a lighter pint to a more substantial, high-strength IPA.

TBE Brewing is located on the second floor of the Niibori Guitar Building in Ebisu-Minami, Shibuya, Tokyo. For beer drinkers looking to explore regional Japanese breweries in one pub, the current lineup provides a focused tasting route. Tap availability may change, so checking the latest list before visiting is recommended.
