According to the brewery, the beer grew out of the team’s positive reaction to Krush hops in KLASHER, an American IPA. For OH SNAP!, they pushed Krush further by pairing it with a lighter pilsner body. The grist includes Pilsen, Pale Ale, Carapils, and Spitz malts, while the hop bill features Krush, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. The result is described as citrus- and tropical-fruit-driven, with piney, woody accents and a clean, pleasant bitterness.
