BEER CAFE GAMBRINUS, a craft beer pub on the 6th floor near Kokubunji Station South Exit, said it would operate as usual on Saturday, Aug. 15. Saturday hours start at 3:00 p.m. and run until 1:00 a.m., with food last order at 11:00 p.m. and drinks last order at midnight.

The day’s tap list includes 13 draft beers. The lineup starts with Orion Beer’s The Draft, then moves through Ushitora’s Shibuya de Paradise Hazy IPA, Gangi Brewing’s Hop Summit, Johana Beer’s Masaru Saison, Shonan Beer’s Summer Orange Ale, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Porter, DD4D’s Time After Time, Iwate Kura Beer’s Weizen, Ise Kadoya Beer’s Dank Dank Dank!!, T.Y. Harbor’s Amber Ale, Craft Beer Base’s XPA -Luna-, Blue Classic’s Scheme, and Pilsner Urquell. It is a broad mix of hazy IPA, saison, fruit ale, porter, weizen, amber ale, and classic lager styles.

The post also marked the final day of the annual Okinawa Fair. Alongside Orion on tap, the kitchen was serving nine Okinawa dishes, including usachi, island shallot tempura, goya chips, goya stir-fry, mozuku seaweed, Okinawa soba, rafute, and handmade sata andagi. It is the kind of setup that fits the bar’s style well: a station-area beer pub where the draft list and the food menu are both part of the draw.

Coming soon, the bar listed Shiga Kogen Beer’s Indian Summer Saison, Nomcraft’s Green Magic, OgunA’s 30th Pale Ale and Golden Ale, and Hop Kotan Brewing’s Time Files.
