Beer Cafe Gambrinus in Kokubunji updated its tap list on July 30. The lineup is centered on Japanese craft beer, led by Kunitachi Brewery’s 2006, and currently spans 13 taps.

Hop BroPut simply, it uses a clean-fermenting yeast and then layers in dark-ale-like toastiness. So it drinks light at first, but a little roasty note shows up in the finish.
