Sakamichi Brewing taps 4 collective brew cans, taproom-only
Sakamichi Brewing in Tachikawa, Tokyo, announced the arrival of new @collectivebrew canned beers. Sales are limited to the taproom, with two sours and two IPAs for a total of four varieties. From the fruity, refreshing lineup, it offers plenty of fun for tasting side by side.
Sakamichi Brewing, based in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, announced on Instagram, "New @collectivebrew cans in stock! Taproom only!" and revealed that it has restocked four canned beers from collective brew.
The four beers introduced this time are:
- Daily Forecast (Mimosa style Sour / 4.5%)
- Cherry Limeade Sour (Sour / 6.2%)
- Summit Peak (West Coast IPA / 6.9%)
- Good Monster (New England Double IPA / 8.0%)
In the post, Daily Forecast is described as a light, refreshing beer blended 30% with freshly squeezed orange juice into a base sour. Cherry Limeade Sour is marked by refreshing tartness from the cherry-and-lime combination, Summit Peak features a classic hop lineup of Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, and Vic Secret, and Good Monster is characterized by intensive dry hopping with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.
Sakamichi Brewing operates a brewery and taproom in Tachikawa, offering a wide range from classic styles to modern approaches. This latest arrival also spans a broad range from sours to IPAs, highlighting the brewery's signature abundance of choices for drinkers.
