Centered on the brewery's own beers, the lineup included Bay Pilsner, Bay Amber, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss, Freedom, With Friends, GOOOOOAAAAAL IPA, and Mellow Walk IPA. Pilsner Urquell, Peroni, Bearen Beer’s Onmenbroi, and Yokohama Beer’s Super Sonic Speed Sour also drew attention. Fitting for a beer pub on the second floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, it was an ideal setup for comparing multiple styles in the Yokohama Station area.
Starting at 7:30 p.m. that day, brewer Shimosawa also stopped by, and there was time to hear explanations about the beer. The food was firefly squid and baby bamboo shoots tossed with fuki miso, a spring dish with a subtle bitterness that paired especially well with 'FREE STYLE.' In step with the pre-release tapping of the new beer, it was a day to enjoy both the beer and its food pairings.
