At "Craft Beer & Wine THE DODO HOUSE" in Meguro, Tokyo, the bar held a make-up business day on Tuesday, April 7 and operated from 17:00 to 24:00. Since it had been closed unexpectedly the day before, the shop reopened on a Tuesday for the first time in a while.

The day's only new tap was Ushiku Brewery's "Micro IPA." In the post, the featured beer introduced was Ushiku Brewery's "Gathering the Wind" [Ibaraki]. It was described as a low-alcohol style that still lets you fully enjoy the aroma and flavor of hops, with impressions reminiscent of white grapes and citrus, plus a light mouthfeel and juiciness.

Other taps included Y.Market Brewing's "Super IPA" [Aichi], Kankiku Brewery's "Kankiku 99 Lager" [Chiba], Miyazaki Hideji Beer Brewery's "Miyazaki Grapefruit White Lager" [Miyazaki], Ishinomaki Hop Works' "Ishinomaki Seabreeze IPL" [Miyagi], Noboru Brewing's "Nuboru" [Miyazaki], Baeren Bier's "Baeren Schwarz" [Iwate], and Udon Brewing's "Yuzu Oroshi Udon Hazy IPA" [Kagawa].

The post also noted that the beers marked in red were down to the last few pours, and encouraged guests to come finish them off. The bench outside the shop can be used for takeaway plastic cups with no cover charge, making it easy to stop by for just one quick drink. It was a service lineup suited to people in Meguro who want to calmly follow the day-to-day tap rotation.
