Craft Beer Kitchen Kokoro no Tsuki, a beer pub in Miyakawa-cho, Yokohama, added Flora Fermentation’s “Siren” to its taps on September 8, 2026.

The beer uses hops including Cascade, Riwaka and Citra. Its profile combines passion fruit and grapefruit-like aromas with a pronounced bitterness and a clear, refreshing finish.

The day’s six-beer tap list also featured Sunriver Brewing’s “Rippin,” Repubrew’s “Kaizoku Lager,” Hoppu Kodan Brewing’s “Tansho Mosaic,” Seapine Brewing’s “Citra Hazy IPA,” and Hoppu Kodan Brewing’s venue-exclusive “Castor.”

The pub opens from 3 p.m. and pairs craft beer with Chinese dishes in the relaxed atmosphere of Yokohama’s Noge area. Menu options include steamed chicken with green peppercorn and scallion sauce, eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, shrimp mayonnaise, and spicy wontons.

With a lineup ranging from lagers to aromatic hop-forward beers, Kokoro no Tsuki offers a casual setting for tasting craft beer alongside Chinese food.
