Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing announced on Instagram that it will make its first appearance at the Matsudo Craft Beer Festival. The post said it will serve German-style draft beer, and that head brewer Karsten will be on site for the first two days.

The venue is the west-deck area of JR Matsudo Station. The post also included information about the flagship store in Higashiarai, Tsukuba City, and released the tap list for Sunday, May 3, from 16:00 to 21:00. On tap at the store were nine beers in total: Pilsner, Kölsch, IPA, the newly introduced "Dr. Mozart," Weizen, Mango Weizen, "Dr. Winter Warmer," "Dr. Export Dortmunder Export," and "Hedgebock."

Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing is a brewery and beer restaurant in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture. On its official website, it says it values German brewing traditions while making beer that also reflects the character of Tsukuba. Its taproom serves several regular beers alongside rotating offerings, and another hallmark is that they can be enjoyed with food. This post comes across as a move to bring that store identity directly to an outside event.

Its first appearance in Matsudo is not only a chance to raise awareness of the brewery, but also content that draws attention to the lineup at the Tsukuba flagship store. If you check the current tap selection at the main store before drinking at the festival, it may open up even more ways to enjoy it.
