WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE in Inage-Kaigan, Chiba, added two new draft beers to its lineup. The craft beer specialist also holds a general liquor retail license, so guests can enjoy bottles and cans to go as well as beer on site.

The featured release is West Coast Brewing’s Cloud 7, one of the brewery’s 7th-anniversary beers. It is a Hazy Double IPA brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7, with 8.0% ABV. The beer is described as showing ripe peach and nectarine notes, layered tropical aromas of pineapple and mango, and a pleasant dank edge, making it a bold but balanced pour.

The second new tap is Founders All Day IPA. Often cited as a pioneer of the session IPA style, it comes in at 4.7% ABV and 42 IBU. The beer leans on grapefruit aroma from dry hopping, a crisp bitterness, and a solid malt body, while staying light enough to keep drinking throughout the day.

The day’s tap list also included GUINNESS, KIRIN HEARTLAND, Hoegaarden White, Unsung Carina DDH Hazy DIPA, FARMENTRY No.06 MINAZUKI IPA, Topa Topa Level Line Pale Ale, and Unsung DISRUPTO Fruited Sour. The bar opens from 17:00 to 25:00 and is closed on Tuesdays, making it a flexible stop for drinkers looking to compare styles in one place.
