Beer lineup
- Ride The Dragon
Listed as a collaboration with Temescal Brewing, this beer is presented as a lemon-scented West Coast Pilsner. The product description emphasizes lemon acidity, a slight citrus peel bitterness, and a clean, dry finish.
- Mosaic / Superdelic WEST COAST IPA
Rebuilt by Choryo from a beer originally brewed with Barebottle. The beer leans into berry-like, tropical aromatics from Mosaic and Superdelic, while keeping the malt presence restrained for a dry body and firm bitterness.
- Rice Lager
Brewed with rice from Nara Prefecture, this lager keeps hop and malt character subdued and leaves a soft rice sweetness on the finish. It is positioned as an approachable everyday beer.
With a citrus-forward collaboration beer, a hop-driven West Coast IPA, and a rice-based lager, the set shows three different directions in one release. For beer drinkers who want to compare styles from the same brewery, it is a straightforward but well-balanced lineup.
