April 18 Tap List

At Morishita's GOOD CONDITION STAND, a post dated April 18 introduced the beers being served that day. The shop is a beer pub centered on standing service, easy to drop by, and its appeal is enjoying a wide variety of Japanese craft beers in small pours.

The lineup for the day starts with Noroshi Brewing's "Yuzu Saison / Yuzu Beer." As a saison made with yuzu, it sounds like a light, easygoing beer that's ideal for the first pour. Next, TOKYO ALEWORKS' "DH Sour Sorbet (Mango)" is a fruit sour made with mango. It's a beer for anyone who wants to enjoy the balance between fruitiness and acidity.

In addition, Gahaha Beer's "For Now, Cream!" is a Cream Ale, while RIKRI BREWING offers "Pepperoni Quattro / West Coast Pilsner" and "Big Hoppa / Double IPA." The former has a crisp, pilsner-like drinkability, while the latter lets you fully enjoy the presence of hops, making it interesting to compare two very different expressions from the same brewery.

For the final pour, Orion Breweries, Ltd.' "Orion Draft Beer in Keg" was also available. It creates an easy flow from a familiar draft beer into distinctive Japanese craft beers.

The post also noted that Shappobana's flower popup event was being held the same day, making it a day to enjoy spring flowers and beer together. It's a place worth checking out when you want to pick a tap based on your mood in Morishita.
