Totopia Brewery Releases New Oat Cream DIPA "Sirenphobia"
Totopia Brewery in Aichi announced its new release, "Sirenphobia (Sirenphobia)." The style is an Oat Cream DIPA with an ABV of 8.0%. Designed around fruitiness reminiscent of green apple and dank nuances, it will be rolled out to trade accounts from March 17 at 15:00, and to the general public from March 20 at 19:00.
Totopia Brewery's new release, published on March 16, is "Sirenphobia (Sirenphobia)". In the post, the beer is introduced as an Oat Cream DIPA, using Citra / Riwaka / Idaho7 / Idaho7 Hyperboost for hops, with an alcohol content of 8.0%.
According to the post description, the core of the flavor is a "smooth, rounded body" and "nectar-like richness." By layering in a sharp fruitiness reminiscent of green apple, gentle sweetness, and a dank layer on top, it aims for a beer with a three-dimensional drinking impression.
