Uchu Brewing, based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, has begun offering a new beer at its taproom in Kobuchizawa. The featured beer is "UCHU TORANOMON," the 1st-anniversary beer for the Toranomon Hills location. Now that it can be enjoyed in Kobuchizawa as well, fans looking for a pint they can only taste on site have one more reason to stop by.
The beer introduced this time is a QDH QUADRUPLE IPA. In the post, its defining traits are described as juicy character and the dense flavor that comes with high ABV. Uchu Brewing began brewing in Yamanashi in 2018 and now operates taprooms in both Kobuchizawa and Toranomon in Tokyo. The brewery is known for its space-themed original worldview and its vivid hop-driven approach.
The Kobuchizawa taproom is also conveniently located inside the Kobuchizawa Roadside Station. The post notes that food purchased at the roadside station can be brought in, making it a comfortable place to relax with beer and a meal. For April and May, business hours are Friday through Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and May 4 through 6 have also been announced as operating days.
It is worth checking the limited release information along with the taproom's business schedule. This is a chance to enjoy a distinctly Uchu Brewing-style beer at the taproom in the Yatsugatake area.
