CraftBeerSpot Hathor, a beer pub in Kyobashi, Osaka, updated its draft lineup on Aug. 3. The selection includes Asahi Jukusen, Minoh Beer’s Plum Gose, Ise Kadoya Beer’s Meyer Lemon Radler, and a broad mix of styles for summer drinking.
CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka, published its draft beer lineup for Aug. 3. The beer pub, which opened on March 20, 2015 and operates with 16 taps plus house-smoked foods, has assembled a wide-ranging selection that moves from lager to fruit beer, IPA, and dark beer.
The day’s new tap is Asahi Beer’s Jukusen. The beer is brewed with three hop additions using bitter hops, aroma hops, and fine aroma hops, then aged for a longer period to create a premium lager with depth and a refined aroma. The other newly tapped beer is Minoh Beer’s Plum Gose. Brewed with fully ripened Nanko plums and plum vinegar from Minabe, Wakayama, it layers fruit character, gentle acidity, and a subtle saline note into a bright, easy-drinking gose.
For something citrus-forward, Ise Kadoya Beer’s Meyer Lemon Radler stands out. It blends 100% Meyer lemon juice with lemon juice to balance sweetness and acidity, while Tettnanger hops add a soft herbal edge that ties the beer together. It looks like a natural choice for hot weather, with a clean finish and a refreshing profile.
The recommended lineup also includes Vit Natt IPA from Minoh Beer × BREWSKI and Nomclassic Porter from Nomcraft. The IPA leans into citrus and tropical hop aroma with a soft oats-and-wheat body and a juicy impression. The porter is an English-style take with a gentler roast character and a lighter body, making it an approachable dark beer.
Other taps on the board include Wine Not? from Nomcraft × Choryo, Kinoni Pale Ale Real Ale Ver from Onidensetsu Beer, Gougin from Daisen G Beer, Shimanami Super Lemon Sour from Shimanami Brewery, Lime Session from Shonan Beer, Hop Nyaon 11th Fleet from Ise Kadoya Beer, and This Is the Way from Long Beach Beer Lab. It is a balanced, food-friendly tap list that reflects Hathor’s broad craft beer focus.
