CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI, a beer pub in the Funabashi area, used its August 22 post to introduce three newly tapped beers. The update also noted that posting had been delayed on Friday and Saturday, then moved on to the current lineup.

The new taps are `Sour Ale` from `NORTH ISLAND BEER`, `Yoshano no Aooni feat. Indo no Aooni` from `ASOBI BEER` in the American IPA style, and `30th PALE ALE` from `Minamishinshu Beer` in the American Pale Ale style. `Sour Ale` is described as a summer staple with a bright, refreshing acidity. `Yoshano no Aooni feat. Indo no Aooni` is the first project in ASOBI BEER's homage series for legendary beers; the brewery says it was brewed with the original recipe and with the brewer present, so it should be interesting to compare it with `Indo no Aooni` from `Yo-Ho Brewing`. `30th PALE ALE` is a 30th-anniversary beer brewed as a single-hop pale ale with Cascade only, bringing out citrus character.

The shop itself sits on the second floor of a building in Honcho, Funabashi. It offers a relaxed beer-pub setting with counter and table seating, more than 10 rotating craft beers, a three-beer flight, and food such as pizza and spare ribs that pairs naturally with beer.
