CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI Taps Four New Beers, Including NZ PILSNER and Peach Weizen
CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI in Funabashi has announced four new beer releases, ranging from a hop-forward West Coast Pilsner to fruit-accented beers featuring loquat and peach. A baguette hot dog made with a Chiba pork herb frank is also now available on weekend and holiday afternoons.
Four new beers on tap
CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI has newly tapped four beers:
- NZ PILSNER (West Coast Pilsner / CHORYO Craft Beer)
- ANARCHY SAISON (Saison / TOYFULL BREWERY)
- LOCAL HARVEST -Biwa- (Kölsch / ASH HEAD BREWERY)
- Peach Weizen (Hakuho) (Weizen / Minoh Beer)
NZ PILSNER combines a vivid hop aroma with a light, highly drinkable body. ANARCHY SAISON offers citrus-like freshness and an approachable palate.
LOCAL HARVEST -Biwa- uses loquat, bringing delicate natural sweetness and a refreshing aroma. Peach Weizen (Hakuho) has a somewhat richer peach character than the earlier early-season version, while finishing clean and dry.
A new option for afternoon beer
The pub has also started serving a baguette hot dog exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the afternoon. It features a whole herb frank made with Chiba-grown Genki pork, making it a substantial pairing for a pint.
Located within walking distance of Funabashi Station, CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI offers a relaxed beer-pub setting with counter and table seating. The four new taps cover a broad range of profiles, making them suitable for a side-by-side tasting focused on hops, yeast character, and fruit-driven flavors.
