DONZO Brewing, the Kotohira, Kagawa microbrewery known in Japanese as 呑象ブリューイング, will offer a limited-time “DONZO Bistro-Style Plate” from June 18 through June 22 as part of its 3rd anniversary campaign. The brewery reaches its third anniversary on June 17, 2026, and is marking the milestone with a food-focused special.

Located in Shinmachi Shopping Street in Kotohira Town, DONZO Brewing operates out of a renovated former pottery shop. The space combines a brewing facility with a taproom-style service area, making it a neighborhood stop where visitors can enjoy craft beer and food together while walking through the town near the approach to Kotohira-gu Shrine.

The anniversary plate is presented as a bistro-style dish, aligning with the brewery’s food-and-beer concept. Rather than relying on a broad promotional push, the campaign focuses on a limited run menu item that fits the brewery’s everyday style and its role as a local gathering place.

As a community-rooted microbrewery, DONZO Brewing has built its identity around place as much as product. This anniversary offering adds a seasonal layer to that approach, giving regulars and first-time visitors a simple way to experience the brewery’s atmosphere at a milestone moment. In a town where walking, eating, and drinking often overlap, the limited plate looks like a fitting way to celebrate three years in operation.
