A tap takeover featuring Totopia Brewery (Aichi Prefecture) as the main attraction will be held at BEER BAR "Awatachi" in Chuo, Fukui City, during the first half of Golden Week.

Totopia Brewery takes the spotlight in the first half of Golden Week


For six days from Wednesday, April 29, through Monday, May 4, Totopia Brewery beers will be featured exclusively. According to the bar, this is a popular brewery that many customers have already enjoyed there before, and this time they plan to serve 8 varieties by rotating them through 4 taps.

The specific beer confirmed in the post is Totopia Brewery's "Sirenphobia." Its style is Oat Cream DIPA, and its ABV is 8.0%. With Totopia's signature DDH-oriented approach, the lineup appears set to emphasize juicy, rich flavors.

Pairing snacks include Nagoya-style dote-ni


For food, the bar will offer "dote-ni," a dish made by slowly simmering domestic pork offal and konnyaku in Haccho miso. It comes topped with green onions and can be finished with shichimi to taste, making it a menu item designed with strongly hopped beers in mind.

Brewer to visit on May 3


On Sunday, May 3, Mr. Wanibuchi from Totopia Brewery will visit Awatachi, and merchandise sales are also planned. It will be a chance to pick up popular goods from Totopia events directly inside the bar.

The second half continues with FLORA FERMENTATION


Following the first-half Totopia Brewery feature, the event will shift from Tuesday, May 5, through Sunday, May 10, to the second TTO installment with "FLORA FERMENTATION." Throughout Golden Week, Awatachi will offer a chance to enjoy the distinct personalities of different breweries in succession.
