Details about the March run of "OIRASE Saturday Night," announced on Instagram at 19:00 on February 28, 2026, have also been published on the official Oirase Beer website. The event dates are Saturday, March 14 and Saturday, March 28, with hours from 18:00 to 20:30. The venue is OIRASE BEER Brewery & Restaurant (inside Oirase Roman Park) (39-1 Okuse Sedomichi, Towada City, Aomori Prefecture).

Event Details

According to the official announcement, eligible drinks will be offered at special evening-only prices on the day. At this shop, where daytime service is normally the main focus, the event is designed as a twice-monthly night opening where visitors can relax and enjoy craft beer and food. Reservations are not required, but advance reservations are preferred because seating and shuttle bus capacity are limited.

The free shuttle bus will run within Towada City. Outbound service is scheduled as follows: in front of Towada Civic Center (17:50) -> next to Towada City Hall (18:00) -> arrive at the shop (18:20). Return service is scheduled as follows: depart the shop (20:45) -> in front of Towada City Hall (21:00) -> Sannobai (21:10). It is a setup that lowers the barrier for visitors who want to enjoy beer.

Brewery Background

Oirase Brewery is based in Towada, Aomori, and uses groundwater from the Hakkoda mountain range, known as "Oirase no Gensui," in its brewing. According to official information, the head brewer studied techniques in the Czech Republic and established the brewery in 1997. Centered on its standard Pilsner, Dark Lager, Amber Lager, and Weizen, the brewery has continued making beers with an eye toward compatibility with the region's nature and food.

According to the company's announcement, Saturday night operations in April are planned to be suspended for renovation preparation. The two March events are likely to be a milestone opportunity to enjoy the current style of "Saturday Night."
