Two new taps

WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE in Makuhari added two new kegs: Smog City’s `Watt Strike Hazy IPA` and West Coast Brewing’s `Wandering Boi`. As a craft-beer specialist, the shop works well for both an in-house pint and a takeout stop.

`Watt Strike Hazy IPA` is the latest release in Smog City’s Smog Days series, which explores different hop combinations with each iteration. The beer is described with grapefruit, mango, and bright citrus up front, followed by a subtle pine note. At 6.3% ABV, it aims for a juicy profile with a clean, balanced finish.

`Wandering Boi` is back after being tapped last month. This West Coast Double IPA layers muscat- and grape-like aromatics with melon, pine, woody notes, and a fresh-cut grass edge. At 8.5% ABV, it brings firm bitterness and a dry finish, making it a good choice for drinkers who want a more expressive hop profile.

The full draft list also includes KIRIN `HEARTLAND`, Fuller's `London Pride`, KarlStrauss `AuroraHoppyalis IPA`, West Coast Brewing `Instant Classic`, Harland `Color Form IPA`, and Toppling Goliath `Supa Sue-Mo`. The lineup spans pilsner, bitter ale, IPA, and double IPA styles, giving Makuhari beer fans a broad range of options.
