Though the food changes from day to day, the menu includes sashimi with three kinds of seafood, grilled chuck short rib from Japanese Black wagyu, tender beef tendon simmered with sansho pepper, yam sauteed in butter and soy sauce, grilled aged tofu topped with plenty of green onion in two styles, simmered Hokkaido isotsubugai, and shrimp and fresh tomato oil pasta. It is a setup that lets you enjoy food together with the beer.

Located close to Ebisu Station, TBE Brewing is an easy stop on the way home from work. It is a place to enjoy not only the tap changes but also the food that varies from day to day.
