A new honey-infused dark beer is tapped

On June 1, P2B Haus, the beer pub on the second floor in Kichijoji Honcho, added a new keg from Brasserie Knot of Tsurui, Hokkaido: “MITSU” (HONEY PORTER). In the post, it was introduced as a dark beer generously made with honey from Naruse Apiary in Makubetsu, Tokachi, offering a flavor where the scent of honey rises from beneath deep roasty aromas. The beer is characterized by the soft sweetness of malt, a floral honey aroma, and a caramel-like toastiness layered together, and it is recommended as a glass even for those who usually shy away from dark beer.

P2B Haus is open on weekdays from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on weekends and holidays from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., making it an easy fit both for a drink after work and for a weekend tasting session.
