Uchuu Brewing Brings in a New Batch of Uchuu IPA in Cans at Its Toranomon Hills Location
At Uchuu Brewing's taproom on the second floor of Glass Rock at Toranomon Hills, a new batch of its flagship IPA, "Uchuu IPA," has arrived in cans. The shop serves six taps inside, and it also allows customers to bring in canned beer purchased there and food from outside.
Uchuu Brewing, headquartered in Hokuto, Yamanashi, with its brewery there as well, shared its latest update from its Toranomon Hills taproom. Founded in 2018, the brewery operates company-owned taprooms in Kobuchizawa, Yamanashi, and Toranomon, Tokyo. In this post, it announced that a new batch of its flagship IPA, "Uchuu IPA," has arrived in cans at the Tokyo location.
According to the post, Uchuu IPA is also being poured on tap. The six beers currently on tap inside the shop were:
- OTAKU SMOOTHIE SOUR ALE 5.0%
- Galactic Path INDIA PALE ALE 7.0%
- Uchuu Relax DDH HAZY PALE ALE 5.5%
- COSMIC WHALE DDH IPA 7.0%
- Uchuu IPA DDH IPA 7.0%
- Nothingness DDH DIPA 8.0%
Store information was also announced alongside the lineup. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with last orders at 8:30 p.m. The shop is cashless, does not serve food, and allows food purchased within Toranomon Hills to be brought in. Canned beer bought at the shop can be enjoyed inside or on the terrace, and a plastic cup can be provided for an additional 100 yen per can. The setup of pairing the Tokyo permanent shop's staple Uchuu IPA with multiple limited and semi-regular releases clearly reflects where Uchuu Brewing stands today.
