On a May 20 post, TBE Brewing (2F, Shinbori Guitar Building, 2-1-2 Ebisu-minami, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) updated its in-house KEG lineup. True to a beer pub operating in Ebisu, the selection spans breweries across Japan, offering everything from staple favorites to collaboration beers.

Even from today's lineup alone, the beers cover hazy, IPA, and collaboration styles, making it easy to compare them side by side. The post also notes that some items are running low, so if there is a beer you're after, it's probably best to go early.

As candidates for the next round, Shiga Kogen Beer's `Kasumi`, Nomcraft's `7th Anniversary Sour IPA`, Open Air's `Clear Waves`, Black Tide's `#490 Hazy Wave Ver.1.0`, Paint Palette's `Under the Sun`, and Hop Kotan Brewing's `Misty Way` are being teased. Today's special food items included `Today's sashimi: buri-hira`, `Tender beef tendon simmered with sansho`, `Stir-fried beef tripe and vegetables with garlic`, `Sauteed nagaimo with butter soy sauce`, `2 kinds of aged tofu grilled with scallions`, `Simmered Hokkaido isotsubu shellfish`, and `Tomato penne with bacon and zucchini`. Not only beer, but the variety of snacks is also very much TBE Brewing.
