At the beer pub `taki` on the third floor in Sakuragaoka-cho, in the Shibuya Station south exit area, draft beer was tapped as soon as business began on Wednesday, May 13.

Today’s Tap List

- Minami Shinshu Beer / Apple Hop (O-rin ver.)
- Tamba-ji Brewery / VALLE 7 (last pour from the second keg)
- Swan Lake Beer / Golden Swan Lake Ale

The star of the lineup is Minami Shinshu Beer’s "Apple Hop O-rin ver.," brewed in Nagano. It is a Fruit Ale with an ABV of 6.5% and an IBU of 12.2. This fruit beer uses apples from Shinshu Ina Valley, and the product description highlights its refreshing sweetness and acidity, along with a harmony of malt and hop aromas. This batch uses the O-rin apple variety, giving it a profile that suggests the fragrance and juiciness of green apples.

Also featured is Tamba-ji Brewery’s "VALLE 7," described as the last pour from the second keg, making it a label you won’t want to miss. In addition, Swan Lake Beer’s "Golden Swan Lake Ale" is on the list, creating a lineup that lets you compare the character of Japanese craft beers.

`taki` is a Shibuya beer pub where you can enjoy craft beer paired with food. On May 13, it is open from 17:00 to 24:00, with food last orders at 23:00 and drink last orders at 23:30. The hours make it easy both for a relaxed first drink in the store and for dropping by after work.

The post also announced that a "Hokkaido & Okinawa Fair" is planned from Wednesday, May 20, with craft beer and food from Hokkaido and Okinawa. It will end once supplies run out, so if you’re interested, it may be best to visit early.
