Release Overview

Uchu Brewing in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, announced DDH DIPA "Nothingness." Batch No. 1157 comes in at 8% ABV. The hops used are Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Mosaic, and the recipe combines malt, sugars, and oats.

Flavor Direction

In the brewers' notes, the universe is likened to a blank canvas, with fruit character reminiscent of mango, pineapple, and orange. The reference tasting comments also share the impression of peach, pineapple, and mango aromas, along with grapefruit-like citrus notes and the satisfying drinkability that comes with 8% ABV. It is a DDH DIPA finished with a dense aroma and a firm body.
