Flavor Direction
In the brewers' notes, the universe is likened to a blank canvas, with fruit character reminiscent of mango, pineapple, and orange. The reference tasting comments also share the impression of peach, pineapple, and mango aromas, along with grapefruit-like citrus notes and the satisfying drinkability that comes with 8% ABV. It is a DDH DIPA finished with a dense aroma and a firm body.

Uchu Brewing was founded in Yamanashi in 2018 and is now based in Hokuto City, where it also operates its brewery.
