OUR Brewing Releases March Schedule, Rolling Out 2nd Anniversary Fest and Events Across the Prefecture and Beyond
On March 6, 2026, Fukui craft brewery OUR Brewing announced its March event schedule. From traveling pop-up plans in Tokyo and Saitama to a local arena booth and a 2nd anniversary celebration at its taproom, the second half of the month is packed with events. A special anniversary IPA has also been teased.

Hop BroFirst, March 7 is a TTO in Kichijoji with all 15 beers on tap. On the 8th, they’ll unveil the collaboration beer “Daybreaker” at GECKO TAPROOM, and the style is Brut IPA.
MugiWhat is that?! TTO and Brut IPA? You just hit me with a bunch of new terms!
Hop BroTTO stands for “Tap Take Over,” which is basically when one brewery takes over most or all of a venue’s taps. A Brut IPA is a dry IPA with a sharp finish, kind of like a champagne-style beer with the bubbles gone.
MugiOhhh! So the hops are aromatic, but it isn’t sweet and heavy. It’s the kind you can keep drinking, right? I love that!
Hop BroExactly. And from March 20 to 22, there’s the 2nd anniversary festival at the Fukui taproom, plus they’re also taking part in CRAFT BEER FES MAIBARA in Maibara on the 20th. The second half of the month has so many toast-worthy routes that I wish I had two bodies.
