About Oirase Brewery
Oirase Brewery is based in Towada, Aomori, and has been operating since 1997. All of its beers are brewed with water from the Hakkoda spring system, known as Oirase no Gensui. Its core lineup includes Pilsner, Weizen, Amber Lager, and Dark Lager. At the attached restaurant, visitors can enjoy freshly brewed beer alongside stone-oven dishes. For the Oktoberfest, that local identity will be paired with Be Easy Brewing's Hirosaki-based perspective on the festival floor.
