TBE Brewing in Ebisu updated its kegs on May 19 with 10 barrels, including Black Tide and Shiga Kogen
Ebisu beer pub TBE Brewing announced its May 19 keg lineup. In addition to 10 barrels including Black Tide, Shiga Kogen Beer, Ushitora Brewery, and Minoh Beer, it also previewed six NEXT TAP candidates for the next round and its whimsy food specials.
Minami-Ebisu's TBE Brewing is a beer pub in Tokyo's Ebisu where you can enjoy craft beer paired with food. In this May 19 update, the venue announced a KEG lineup of 10 labels, including some barrels with only a little left.

The lineup spans session IPAs, hazy IPAs, classic IPAs, and collaboration beers. Shiga Kogen Beer in particular has several entries on the list, including `DPA`, `Snow Monkey IPA Silver Label ver.`, and `Sono Ju No.10 IPA`, making it a strong axis for side-by-side tasting.
Also announced as NEXT TAP BEER are Shiga Kogen Beer `Kasumi`, Nomcraft `7th Anniversary Sour IPA`, Open Air `Clear Waves`, Black Tide `#490 Hazy Wave Ver.1.0`, Paint Palette `Under the Sun`, and Hoppukotan Brewery `Misty Way`.
The food menu includes today's sashimi of burihira, along with tender beef tendon simmered with sansho pepper, garlic stir-fried beef tripe and vegetables, sauteed yamaimo with butter soy sauce, two kinds of deep-fried tofu topped with plenty of green onion, simmered Hokkaido isotsubu shellfish, and tomato penne with bacon and zucchini. It's the kind of update worth checking when you want to take your time enjoying beer and snacks in Ebisu.
