DevilCraft Serves “Evilism,” a 7.6% IPA Brewed with ism brewing
DevilCraft Tokyo Brewery is serving “Evilism,” an IPA brewed in collaboration with ism brewing. The beer carries an ABV of 7.6% and is described as full-flavored yet surprisingly easy to drink. DevilCraft The Corner will also open for lunch from noon on November 3.
DevilCraft’s official Instagram introduced “Evilism” again on October 22.
The IPA was brewed in collaboration with ism brewing, a brewery DevilCraft had previously worked with for a TTO. At 7.6% ABV, it offers a substantial flavor profile while remaining, according to the post, unexpectedly easy to drink. That combination makes it a compelling choice for drinkers who enjoy hop-forward beers with a stronger alcohol presence.
DevilCraft began in Kanda in 2011 and obtained its brewing license in 2015. Today, its small-batch beers are brewed at its own brewery in Shinagawa, Tokyo. The brewery was founded by beer enthusiasts inspired by the American craft beer movement, and its beers are commonly enjoyed alongside Chicago-style pizza at its Tokyo venues.
DevilCraft The Corner is also scheduled to open from noon on Tuesday, November 3. The daytime service will offer an opportunity to enjoy “Evilism” with pizza outside the usual evening hours. Visitors should check DevilCraft’s official channels in advance for the latest beer availability and operating details.
